Payment information for Registration of a Kindergym or Recreational Session 

• Payment is due IN FULL at time of registration to obtain a spot in the class.
• The Ottawa Gymnastics Centre does not hold spots for people who have not paid in full.

• Family Discount – 10% off if 3 or more children are registered for 1 session from the same family.
• Ottawa Gymnastics Centre’s year begins July 1^st until June 30^th. A $30 Insurance/Building maintenance fee will be applied to your first registration in our year.  

Cancellation Policy 

• A $30 Cancellation fee, per person, will be applied to all cancellations prior to the first day of class.
• There are NO Credits or Refunds after the first day of class. 

Exceptions are made when a medical issue is the reason for cancelling. A medical note must be received for a full refund.

 Tax Receipts 

• Tax receipts are automatically emailed to the email account we have on file, when you register either in person,over the phone or online.
• There is a $10 fee for lost or misplaced receipts to be re-sent.
• The $30 Insurance fee is not tax deductable.   

Trial Classes 

• Ottawa Gymnastics Centre does not offer “drop in classes”
• Trial classes are available after the session begins, based on availability, for a fee of $10 for a class 1 hour or less, and $15 for a class 1.5 hours or more.
• Only 1 Trial Class permitted.
• Pre-Registration required for all Trial classes to confirm availability.
• Pre-Registration for a Trial class must be a maximum of 24 hours prior to the class.

Class Confirmation  

• The tax receipt you receive in your email when you register is ALSO your confirmation.
• The Tax Receipt/Confirmation has all the information you require:

o    Start and end date of the class

o    Day of the week of the class you registered for

o    Time of the class
