 OGC ISO Certification - Passed Step 1!

ISO is a Quality Management System certification that enables you to demonstrate your commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.  It allows for continuous improvement of your Quality Management Systems and processes, which in turn improves the reliability of your operations to meet customer requirements.

Stage 2 involves interviews with the staff and an examination of files, observation of our working practices etc. to ensure that it is consistent with our documentation.  At the completion of Stage 2 we will receive an official certificate and be referred to as an ISO Certified Organization.  The Stage 2 process will take place in late November.
