Please come on the Monday or Wednesday Adult Gymnastics nights to practice until arrangements can be made to find staff for the Tuesday night programming.

Open Break Dancing Sessions for Adults 16 years and older:

Tuesday 20:45-22:30, $5.00 Drop in fee.

First Night:

$30.00 Gymnastics Ontario Insurance and Ottawa Gymnastics Centre administrative fee on first visit (Insurance lasts from date of first visit to the next June 30th) + $5.00 Drop in fee.

Attire: Indoor/clean shoes are allowed on the recreational floor.  No loose Jewelry while practicing.

Ages 16-17 years: Parents must be present to sign the waiver form on the first visit to the facility each year and insurance must be paid in full.

Ages 18+: Waiver form must be signed on initial visit and insurance paid in full.

There is no taught component to the session, but a staff member will be present to supervise the session and monitor safety
